• Littlewoods operates a Home Approval Guarantee, which means that many goods can be returned unused in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If your microwave is not covered by this guarantee, it will be marked with an exclamation mark on the product description page

• If you wish to return your microwave, Littlewoods suggests that you do so using its home delivery network. Simply call Littlewoods’ customer services number to make arrangements to have your microwave collected. Returning your microwave this way is free of charge.
• You can also return your microwave through the Post Office. If you use this method, you must include a completed returns note.
• If your microwave is in a condition that is outside the terms & conditions on Littlewoods website, they will refuse to refund you and return the microwave to you at your expense. Otherwise, your refund will be credited to your account with 7-10 days.
• If your microwave is faulty on delivery due to a manufacturing defect, Littlewoods will give you the choice of a repair, replacement or a full refund.
• For most products, you also have the option to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. In order to do this, you must notify Littlewoods about the cancellation within the 7 days of receiving your goods.
