Ordering Microwaves from Dixons: Availability, Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

• Dixons can only deliver to mainland UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). All deliveries must be signed for.
• Delivery Charges depend on the type of product ordered and the delivery type chosen (i.e. standard or premium). Only one delivery charge applies irrespective of the number of items ordered at any one time.
• The standard delivery charge is shown on each product page.
• A Green Van logo on the product page indicates the item will be delivered direct from the manufacturer. These deliveries can take up to 28 days to arrive. You will be given full delivery details during the order process.
• Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 5 working days of placing your order.
• If you choose to use Dixon’s Premium Delivery Service (only applicable to items delivered by a courier) your product will be delivered at a time to suit you (with a specific date and time-slot pre-arranged).

Ordering Microwaves from Dixons: Refunds and Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery in the following ways:

• Return the product to a Dixons store (complete with the receipt and the credit card that you paid with);
• Follow the "Returns" instructions in your delivery documentation;
• Contact Dixons either by telephone, email or post.

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition in order for you to receive a full refund. You must also return any accessories or free gifts that came with the product at the same time.

If you either return the product to a Dixons store, arrange for it to be collected from the delivery address or use one of the pre-paid return labels included with your delivery, you won’t need to pay any cancellation costs. If you return your microwave using another method, you will have to pay the costs of returning it yourself.

Faulty Goods

• If your microwave develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, Dixons will offer you the choice of an exchange or a refund.
• If your microwave develops a fault more than 28 days after delivery but within 12 months, Dixons will usually offer to repair it, exchange it or provide you with a refund.
