Ordering Microwaves from Currys: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

• Currys will deliver the microwave to anywhere in the UK mainland, excluding the Channel Islands.
• The standard delivery charge for your microwave will be shown on the product page.
• Small items are delivered by post or by courier, and large items are delivered either by Curry’s own delivery service or direct from the manufacturer. Items delivered from the manufacturer have a small green van logo on the product description page.
• If your item is to be delivered by post or courier service, you should allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If it is to be delivered by Curry’s own delivery service, allow up to seven working days. For items arriving direct from the manufacturer, allow up to 28 calendar days.
• If your microwave is being delivered by courier, you will receive a link to the courier’s website, where you can track your order using your order number.

• If your microwave is being delivered by courier, you can opt to use a Premium Delivery Service for a small additional charge. With the Premium Delivery Service you can choose your delivery date and time-slot.

• If you want to cancel your order, you must do so either before your microwave has been delivered or up to 14 days after your microwave has arrived.
• If you want to return your microwave, you must either take it to a Currys store, or phone the after sales service to arrange for collection. Your microwave must be in its original packaging and unused.
• Cancellation is free as long as you return your microwave to a Currys store, arrange collection or use a pre-paid label to return it.
• If your microwave develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, Currys will offer a prompt repair. If it develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, Currys will offer you a choice of an exchange or a full refund. If your microwave is faulty, you will also be entitled to a full refund of the delivery and collection costs.
• Any replacement microwave will be sent by standard delivery. You will not be offered the option of a Premium Delivery Service.
• Currys also offers a “Whatever Happens” Service Agreement. This covers mechanical breakdown. It ensures that you will not be charged if no fault is found, and means that the costs of labour, parts and advice will also be covered.
