• Co-op Electrical Shop advises you to unpack and check your microwave when it arrives, so any further action can be taken while the delivery man is still at your home. Otherwise, you must inform customer services of any damage within 7 days of delivery.
• If you want to return your microwave, you must make sure that you send it back in an unused condition along with the receipt. If it is not damaged or faulty, you will have to pay courier costs to have it returned.
• Your microwave will be inspected once it returns to Co-op Electrical Shop. If you have used the microwave or there if any accessories are missing, you will not be entitled to a full refund.
• The manufacturer will usually offer a free repair as long as your microwave is within the guarantee.
• If more than three faults occur with your microwave in the first year, a replacement microwave will be offered.
