Ordering Microwaves from B & Q: Delivery Times and Delivery Costs

· With most products, the estimated delivery time will be shown on the product description and you will be offered a choice of delivery dates during the order process. Your product will usually be delivered within 3 working days, providing your order was made before 9pm.

· Some products need to be delivered by the manufacturer. If this is the case, you’ll be contacted within 3 working days of placing your order, so that you can arrange a convenient delivery date.

· Deliveries are only available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and delivery times vary between 7am and 6pm.

· If no one is at the address when delivery is made, the driver will leave a card giving information on how to reschedule the delivery date.

· Deliveries can only be made to mainland UK addresses. B & Q can’t deliver goods to BFPO addresses or addresses in the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Jersey and Guernsey. If you live in a remote rural area, delivery may be delayed or may not be possible.

· Delivery charges are based on the total cost of products that you order in one go on the site, as follows:

o £5 delivery charge for goods costing up to £100

o £10 delivery charge for goods costing up to £200

o £15 delivery charge for goods costing up to £300

o £20 delivery charge for goods costing up to £400

o Free delivery for goods costing over £400.

Ordering Microwaves from B & Q: Refunds and Returns Policy

· You may cancel your order by letter, e-mail or by telephone before delivery or up to 28 days after delivery. You will receive a full refund on the price you paid including delivery charges, less any collection charges. You can also return the item to your local B & Q store, taking with you the sales advice and the debit/credit card that you used to make the purchase. Returned goods must be unused, as new and with original packaging.

· If your product is faulty, telephone the number given on your sales advice or sales receipt and B & Q will arrange to repair, exchange or replace it.
