Ordering Microwaves from Appliance City: Availability, Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

• Appliance City charges £19.95 for delivery of an individual product. If you are ordering more than one item, the second item will be charged at £10.00. Any further items will be delivered free of charge providing all your items are on the same order. Appliance City may also need to make an additional delivery charge if your order needs to be delivered to a remote area.
• Appliances usually take up to 5 working days for delivery from order (subject to availability and your delivery address). You will usually be offered a choice of delivery day and the choice of a morning or afternoon delivery slot. Deliveries are usually made on weekdays but you may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional charge.
• Appliance City can only deliver goods to mainland UK addresses and, other than in exceptional circumstances, can only deliver items to your credit card billing address.
• If you are ordering a large item and think that you might need help getting it into the house, make sure that you have someone else there with you to help. Only one delivery driver will deliver your product and if he or she offers to help you carry your goods into your house, Appliance City can’t be held responsible for any damage caused to either your goods or to your house.

Ordering Microwaves from Appliance City: Refunds and Returns Policy

• If you cancel your order at the point of delivery, you will be charged £49.50 per item (or £99.00 for any appliance measuring 70cm or over in width).
• Appliance City can only accept claims for damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery, so make sure you check that your microwave isn’t damaged as soon as you get it.
• If you aren’t happy with your goods, you must contact Appliance City within seven days of delivery in order to cancel your order and receive a full refund. This refund will exclude any charges made for delivery or collection and the goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
• If you are returning your goods to Appliance City, you must arrange for them to be returned safely within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can also arrange for Appliance City to collect the goods for a charge of £49.95 per item (or £99.95 for any appliances 70cm and above in width).
