If you decide that you don’t want your microwave, you can write to 247 Electrical within 7 days of delivery stating that you wish to cancel your order. You must return your microwave in “as new” condition in its original, undamaged. 247 Electrical will explain how to make the return.
If your microwave develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, you should notify 247 Electrical, using the “Contact Us” form on the company’s website.
After the initial 28-day period, any faults that occur should be dealt with through the manufacturer.
All returns need to be packed well and, if you are returning them within 28 days of delivery, should have all original packaging with them. Proper care should have been taken of the goods. Returns will all be checked to ensure that any faults reported are genuine.
