The Workshop for Precision Mechanics and Electrical Engineering was started in Stuttgart Germany in 1886 by Robert Bosch. By 1909, Bosch had moved into the US and by 1990 The Robert Bosch Corporation, as it had become known, had continued to branch out across the globe.

Today, Bosch is a leading brand and is renowned for the quality of its products. You can now buy Bosch products in at least 100 countries and the brand’s range of kitchen appliances, which includes microwave ovens, is extremely popular.
